We offer a straightforward 3-day return policy from the date your order is delivered. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return request within 3 days of delivery.

Please Note: Returns requested after the 3-day return window will not be accepted. Refunds are applicable only after the returned product is received and approved through our quality inspection.

• Exchanges are allowed only in cases where the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• To request an exchange, customers must provide:

  • Clear photos of the product.

  • An uncut unboxing video of the package.

• All exchange requests must be raised within 24–48 hours of delivery.

How to Place a Return Request

• Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.

• Contact our customer support team to initiate your return request.

• Record an unboxing video and retain the product in its original condition to help us process your request smoothly.

• Once your return request is approved, our courier partner will schedule a pickup within 72 hours (3 business days), subject to service availability.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only after the returned product reaches our warehouse and successfully passes our quality inspection.

Prepaid Orders

• Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 3–4 business days after the returned product passes the quality check.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

• You will receive a refund link via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp within 4–5 business days after the quality check is completed.

• To receive your refund:

  1. Click the refund link.

  2. Verify your identity using the OTP.

  3. Enter your bank account details or UPI ID.

  4. Submit the information to process your refund.

• Once your details are verified, the refund will be credited within 24 hours.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled only within 12 hours of placing the order.

• Cancellation requests received after 12 hours cannot be accepted as the order may already be processed or shipped.

• For prepaid orders, refunds for cancelled orders are typically processed within 5–7 working days from the cancellation date.

Color & Product Description Disclaimer

We make every effort to display product colors and details accurately. However:

• Slight color variations may occur due to lighting, photography, or individual screen settings.

• Minor variations in weight, measurements, embroidery, print placement, or craftsmanship may occur due to the handmade or manufacturing process.

• Such minor differences are not considered product defects and are not eligible for return or refund.
